01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and indobet365 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "indobet365"), the operator of the website located at https://indobet365.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications.

04 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on indobet365. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or any other differentiating information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

06 Deposits & Payments

All deposits are processed in real time or near-real time, subject to the payment provider's processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or walets that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Cryptocurrency deposits will be credited based on the MYR-equivalent value at the time of confirmation on the respective blockchain network.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

indobet365 offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible accounts in good standing and are limited to one claim per promotion per household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified expiry window. Bonuses not wagered within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.

09 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on sports events, and all wagers placed on casino games, are final once confirmed. You acknowledge and accept that:

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the indobet365 platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform without explicit written authorisation from indobet365;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or pricing error for financial gain — any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided and reclaimed;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or similar systematic approaches designed to circumvent the house edge or bonus wagering requirements;
• Coluding with other players in any casino game, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated baccarat play;
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Attempting to access another User's account without authorisation;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or the use of Services.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

indobet365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A User is found to have violated any provision of these Terms;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling;
• A User has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the User or triggered by a responsible gambling assessment;
• Technical, legal, or regulatory requirements necessitate account restriction.

Upon legitimate account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Balance) will be returned to the User via the most recent payment method on record, subject to the completion of KYC verification and any outstanding investigation. indobet365 will not be liable for any inconvenience or financial loss caused by account suspension where such action was taken in good faith on the basis of a suspected breach.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, indobet365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the indobet365 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of indobet365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
